Lime CRM External Add-on Requirements¶
This is a checklist of requirements for approving external add-ons to Lime CRM. These are add-ons built by an external party, i.e., not Lime Technologies. The external party owns the code and has the responsibility to offer support and continuously apply fixes and necessary improvements.
If special circumstances prevent any of the requirements from being met, it is up to product management at Lime Technologies to make the decision if the add-on is accepted or rejected.
What is an Add-on?¶
That something is an add-on to Lime CRM means that it is marketed and sold as a product. This means that it is listed on Lime Technologies website, that support is included for the end customer and that the integration should be updated whenever new versions of the systems on either side requires the integration to be adjusted/updated.
Please note, that even if an integration is not approved as an add-on, it is still possible for Lime CRM customers to run it. It will have to be handled as a customization in each separate customer case.
Roles¶
Before every item in this checklist, it is stated who is responsible for that the item is obliged/performed. These are the different tags used for the different roles involved:
- EXT – The external party that has built the add-on and owns the code.
- PML – Product Manager Lime Technologies
